Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the product. We will inspect the product to ensure it is undamaged and free of defects. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns for refunds. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and store credit will be issued minus the return shipping charge. Approved returns can be exchanged, refunded, or credited to the store. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed parts. Custom products such as steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, DRL modules, CarPlay products, headlights, tail lights, spoilers, mirror caps, front hood, rear trunk, engine cover, mid-pipes, downpipes, floor mats, key fobs, seat back covers, interior trim sets, splitters, brace bars, canards, etc., identified by the absence of a quantity counter on the product page, are not eligible for return. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send a video and photo of the situation if applicable to expedite the process.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return portal and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. If the item has been used or damaged by the customer, Bimmer Dynamics will not offer compensation.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Canceled orders for in-stock products that have not yet shipped are eligible for exchange, store credit, or partial refund. Custom-made product orders cannot be canceled for refunds or store credit after 1 hour.
Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue. We are not responsible for any installation fees or charges from third-party businesses. Bimmer Dynamics is not liable for vehicle damages or personal injury incurred during installation. Professional installation is ALWAYS recommended.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want quickly, email us to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assist with the exchange process. Please send a video and photo of the issue if applicable to expedite the process. Exchanges for wrong fitment will not be accepted if we do not stock the product. Custom products like exhaust tips and steering wheel replacements are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your inquiry to inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Refunds are available up to 30 days after delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee for returned items in new condition. Custom-made product orders can be canceled within the first hour for a full refund. If canceled within 1 hour, you may choose a 75% refund or full in-store credit. Custom-made product orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 1 hour.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bimmer Dynamics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is confirmed delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We provide tracking information once packages are shipped and delivered. Ensure you retrieve your package promptly. Filing a claim with the mail carrier is your responsibility, and Bimmer Dynamics will not refund or resend lost/stolen items.
